Entry: $20.00. BAA members only. One entry per member. Special rules apply. (See below.)
Take-In: Monday, October 27, 9 a.m. - 12 noon at the Betsy Lueke Creative Arts Center. Please be prompt. No entries will be accepted after 12 noon. One entry per artist. Entry fee is $20.00.
The Artists’ Reception with Awards: Friday, October 31 at the BLCAC, from 7-9 p.m. We will have a Sign-up sheet for refreshments at the October meeting.
Take-down and pick-up of the art will be on Friday, November 14, from 9 a.m. - 12 noon. You can also pick up the day before, November 13, after 4 p.m. Any art not picked up on time will be brought to the Geo Gallery for you.
Burbank Art Association will have their yearly Fall Show at the Betsy Lueke Creative Arts Center. Information and entry forms will be available at the October general meeting. We have many new members now, so I recommend that you visit the gallery ahead of time to get a feel of the space. It will inspire and amaze you!
This show is for current BAA members who have paid their membership dues by the October 15, 2025, BAA general meeting. We will not accept membership payments at the Take-in.

Open Division:
Landscape/Seascape/Cityscape, Still Life/Floral, Life/Genre (Animals, People), Abstract/Contemporary, Sculpture/Ceramics/Glass, Photography, Fantasy.
Honor Division:
Landscape/Seascape/Cityscape, Still Life/Floral/Genre/Life, Abstract/Contemporary
Special Rules for the Show at the Betsy Lueke Creative Art Center. Please study them carefully.
Maximum size of artwork: 48’ high x 36” wide. To accommodate as many artists as possible, consider entering a 3D art piece that can utilize the gallery pedestals. There are plenty available.
“The Betsy Lueke Creative Arts Center is a Municipal Gallery under the auspices of the Burbank Park, Recreation and Community Services Department. The purpose of the Gallery is to offer to the community of Burbank an experience in art viewing as well as the opportunity for artists to display their work. We strive to present a variety of art experiences. All work must be appropriate for viewers of all ages as this Gallery is part of a multi-purpose Art Center. No nudes will be accepted.
PRESENTATION OF WORK
Mats

Neutral color, neatly cut, no colored mats. Colored liners are acceptable.
Frames

All work should be framed, or canvas edges should be painted if no frame.

Metal or neutral narrow wood frames.

All work should be ready to hang with screw eyes and hanging wire.
Glass/Plexiglas

Drawings, watercolors, chalk, or charcoal pieces should be covered with glass or Plexiglas.

Work 18” x 24” or larger must be under Plexiglas.
Ceramics/Glasswork

All pieces must be fired, and any auxiliary pieces securely attached.

Work must not contain sharp points or edges and must be securely attached to pedestals with quake mount.

PLEASE NOTE: Gallery space allows for a MAXIMUM of 60/ 80 paintings/wall art depending on size. There are approximately 40 pedestals available for sculpture/pottery. Please plan your exhibit accordingly. We can supply a layout of the gallery and all pedestal dimensions if required.”
