Jamie Butterworth Solo Show: "Living in Light"

Opening reception Sunday, December 7, 2:00p - 5:00p
The show features a collection of landscapes, seascapes, skies, still lifes, and abstracts. Jamie appreciates having the eye of an artist and believes that even if an artist never picks up a brush, every day they experience the world differently than other people - they see and appreciate the light and color, patterns and textures. Come see the world through Jamie's eyes in this collection!

Speaker, Susan Spohr
Her porcelain work features animals, birds, tropical scenes, landscapes, and especially flowers painted from memory. Recently, she has been pairing rustic clay vessels with intricate, lustrous floral motifs. Her watercolor paintings echo the organic, atmospheric qualities of her porcelain pieces—challenging yet deeply rewarding for her.
At the membership meeting Susan will demonstrate China Painting.
