Macy’s Winter Show

The Burbank Macy’s Elevator Gallery is a hidden gem behind the furniture section on the first floor (follow signs to elevator/restrooms). The next Macy’s show will be in celebration of their October Grand Reopening.

There is no specific theme for this one so submit your favorite pieces. Standard 10% BAA commission on sales. There isn’t necessarily a size restriction, but keep in mind it’s a very small gallery with room for only one or two large pieces. Smaller works have a better shot. Wall art only.

To submit, email images of up to 10 works for consideration to Wendy Wallace at outside@burbankartassociation.org by midnight, Friday, September 27th. Feel free to also include a link to your online portfolio if you have one. Submissions must include Title, Artwork Size, Final Framed Size, and Pricing.

Artwork drop-off will be Tuesday October 8, 10a-11a (this is a change from the newsletter). Casual reception will be Saturday, October 19th, 3-5p. (this is a change from the newsletter).

Artwork pick-up is currently scheduled for Thursday, January 16, 2020 10a-11a, but this date is dependent on Macy’s calendar and subject to change.
